Leister CSS Temperature Controller for Leister LHS heat sources
Leister temperature controller CSS and CSS Easy designed to control a single Leister LHS System heater.
The CSS is a basic controller without an enclosure. With the CSS, the customer must wire in the power, thermocouples, alarm outputs and the interface to the heater.
The CSS Easy includes a small plastic enclosure with the thermocouple port, two alarm ports, the heater interface and the power cord to the controller factory installed at Leister. This turnkey plug and play system offers a simple solution to the process engineer. The CSS is a temperature controller for a single LHS SYSTEM air heater to set the target temperature and to read of the actual temperature. Parameterization can be set by the CSS control panel.
Features of the CSS include:
- Digital display of set and actual temperatures
- Adjustable alarm thresholds
- Visible alarm or on a zero potential relay contact
- PID values can be set directly on the controller or via PC/PLC
