The Leister Ghibli heat gun, the most versatile on the market today, has over 15 different types of nozzle attachments available for various heat gun applications. The Ghibli offers electronically adjustable temperatures from 70°F to 1250°F. Airflows are adjustable from 11 CFM up to 25 CFM depending on temperatures and air speed adjustment settings on the heat gun. Available in 120V at 1500W or 230V at 2000W.
Heat gun applications include: welding plastics; overlap welding liners, tarp and tent membranes; soldering and de-soldering with hot air; welding conveyor belts; welding PVC flooring, tiles or sheet material; butt welding plastic pipes and foam; belling out and flanging plastic pipe. The Ghibli heat gun can also be used for shrinking, distilling, sterilizing, lighting fires, stripping paint, tinning, bending, drying and heating up, polymerizing, and de-horning.
