Malcom Company offers a full line of self contained hot air systems for industrial applications using the Leister hot air blowers, Mistal, Hotwind S, and Vulcan E. These heat guns have built in blowers and are made to run 24/7 in a production environment for process heating applications requiring hot air. The blowers built into the Hotwind S, Mistral, and Vulcan E is brushless for years of maintenance free operation.

Leister hot air blowers have a built adjustment for regulating the temperatures between ambient and 1250 degrees F. All Leister hot air blowers offer device overheating protection. Air flows can be adjusted by restricting the amount of air flow entering the blowers by built in air flow reduction slides. Voltage range from single phase 120V to three phase 480V. Wattage range is from 2700W to 16KW.

For precise temperature control with a digital read out of set and actual temperatures, the Leister hot air blowers can be configured to be run by a PLC or external temperature controller with a thermocouple in the air stream looping back to the controllers. Leister hot air blowers can be fitted with many different types of stainless steel nozzles to direct the hot air precisely onto the product.
