LHS SYSTEM 60L 3 X 230-480 volts 8 - 16 kW 92 mm outlet Max Temp: 1250° Featuring Built in overheating protection system The Leister Hot Air Tool LHS System 60L heaters and the appropriate blowers are suitable for building into machines and are suitable for continuous use. The double-insulated hot air tool Leister LHS System 60L is small and space efficient. The LHS System heaters include built in power and temperature controllers, built in temperature adjustability via an integrated potentiometer. Also included is a built in interface so that this heater can be controlled externally via a PLC or temperature controller with a 4-20 ma output to the heaters. These heaters feature a RJ-45 connection to external temperature controllers with standard network cables with RJ 45 connectors. The standard Leister LHS System 60L comes with an overheating detection system. In case of interruption of the air supply, the built in detection system will sense this and send a control voltage signal to a devise such as an alarm or relay. In addition the LHS System heaters electronically protect the heating element from burn out. As another alternative, Malcom can supply the Leister LHS System 60L hot air tool with a control system through a PLC or a PID digital temperature controller housed in a compact enclosure that has built-in safety interlocks, system on off switches, air flow confirmation system and power controllers. The Leister LHS System 60S hot air tool is available in many versions as described below. The Leister LHS System 60S hot air tool requires an external air supply and also can be used with compressed air or blown air from the Leister Robust blower or the Leister Airpack blower, as well as airflow valves and on/off valves. Malcom also offers a full line of high pressure regenerative blowers. The Leister LHS System 60L hot air tool is available in three-phase 208-230V, 400-480V, 5000 or 16000 watts. Malcom offers many standard stainless hot air nozzle attachments to direct hot air where you want it.
