A fully portable, self-contained conveyorized hot air shrink station for tamper
proof bands and full body shrink labels that is fully adjustable to fit existing
packaging lines or handle overflow production requirements is being
introduced by Malcom Hot Air Systems of Tiverton, Rhode Island.
The Malcom Hot Air Shrink System is turnkey and includes a 3 ft. long x 4"
wide Dorner® vatiable speed conveyor, fully adjustable guide rails, and a rugged
anodized aluminum rolling stand with locking casters. Featuring the Leister®
Hotwind S hot air blower, this self-contained shrink station can operate at up
to 49 FRM and adjust to the height and angle of existing packagine lines.
Suitable for a wide range of shrink-packaging, drying, curing, laminating,
And related hot air applications, the Malcom Hot Air Shrink System can be
supplied with a variety of optional shrink tunnel accessories and attachments.
Hotwind S air blowers are available from 2000 to 5400 Watts that reach up to
1,472°F with air flows to 38 CFM, depending on model.
