The Leister Hot Air Blower Vulcan E, with its built-in blower, is suitable for building into machines and for continuous use in process heating applications in process heat systems. The heat output is electronically adjustable between ambient and 650°C. The air intake regulator can be used to reduce the maximum airflow of 1500-1700i/min by up to 45%. The built-in blower has a low noise level 65 dB(A). The unit is powered by a three-phase blower motor with a condenser so that the correct turning direction of the blower is always assured. The central connection blocks for the mains power are inside the plastic housing. The high temperature element is electronically protected against overload in case the air supply is interrupted. Four clearance holes of 6.5mm diameter are provided on the underside of the unit for mounting the blower onto your machine.
The Leister Vulcan E / Vulcan System hot air blowers are available in many versions; they are available in three-phase 230V, 400V and 480V, up to 11kw. The Vulcan System can be remote controlled through a standard analog interface.
